Work Site: No Specific Work Location.


Work will be performed in Walworth, Rock, Green Lake, Racine, Columbia, Lafayette, Kenosha counties. The employer will provide, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Worker will be paid biweekly.

Duration/Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time, 45 Hours Per Week Minimum

This is a full time temporary job from April 7, 2026-December 31, 2026. Standard work week is Monday through Friday. In addition, Saturday 5 hrs. work required.


Shift/Work Days:

First Shift. Workers may volunteer to work additional hours but are not required to work more than stated daily hours and/or on a worker's Sabbath or federal holidays.

Monday-Friday. Hourly work schedule: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.. These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and/or productivity

Experience / Qualifications:

Require 3 months experience. Job requires extensive sitting, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license and employee must be able to obtain a CDL or equivalent within 30 days of hire.



Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:

During the Spring/Summer/Fall season employees will help facilitate in the manufacturing and scheduled delivery of crop inputs and harvest of those crops. Assist with mixing and spreading of fertilizer and chemical products including but not limited to Anhydrous Ammonia on farm fields. Conduct and help manage inventory. Assist in general operations and also help operate the scale to weigh products and maintain proper conditioning of inventory. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and ag vehicles. Employees may be required to operate single, double or tri axle trucks less than 30% of the time.

The employer will provide at no cost to workers an effective means of communicating with persons capable of responding to the worker's needs in case of an emergency. The equipment/vehicles are equipped with radio transmittal devices for communication. The employer will provide to one worker per crew, for the duration of the contract -an electronic device (ie.cellphone) at no cost or deposit charge .


The employer will provide housing at no cost to those workers who are not reasonably able to return to their residence within the same day. Family housing not available. If both male & female workers are hired: separate toilet, bathing and sleeping rooms will be provided.


The employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and space for food preparation, as well as the necessary equipment, appliances (including refrigeration),cooking accessories, and dish washing facilities (e.g., adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure) that are in working condition and will be used by workers to sufficiently prepare three (3) meals a day. Employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries and/or other incidentals. Employees will be provided with an employer owned vehicle to drive to and from work and to town for errands at least once per week. Daily transportation schedule will coincide with the work schedule outlined on this application, or as agreed upon between employer and employee based on seasonal demands and/or workload.


For workers residing in employer provided housing, the employer offers daily transportation from the housing to the place of employment.


For applicants from outside of the normal commuting area: employer must pay/reimburse reasonable costs incurred by the worker for transportation and daily subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer to the place of employment, reimbursement must be made no later than 50% through the contract period. If the worker completes the work contract period, or if the employee is terminated without cause, the employer must provide or pay for the worker's transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker departed to work for the employer. Daily subsistence while traveling: Minimum $16.28 per day/Maximum $68.00 per day (with documentation of actual expenses).


The employer guarantees to offer the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.


The employer will provide workers' compensation insurance coverage in compliance with State law covering injury and disease arising out of and in the course of the worker's employment.


At the time of hire, the employer must provide a worker hired to this position, copy of the work contract between the employer and the worker in a language understood by the worker as necessary or reasonable.


The employer will keep accurate and adequate records with respect to each worker's earnings and must furnish to the worker on or before each payday in one or more written wage statements.


The wage offer is $18.22 per hour. The wage offer is adjusted for H-2A workers. The wage offer for H-2A workers includes a downward adjustment of $-1.29 per hour. H-2A workers will be paid $16.93 per hour.


Deductions required by law. Employer may deduct the reasonable cost of damages &/or replacement of tools &/or equipment if such repair or replacement results from willful neglect or gross negligence after damage has occurred & after gaining the employee's written authorization to make the deduction.
